Welcome to the STCA Sports Camps Information Page
At the STCA Sports Camps we pride ourselves on teaching Positive Values of Sports to all of our campers. All Camps will stress our core values of ‘Playing it S.A.F.E’. Each day of the week we will stress Sportsmanship, Attitude, Fun and/or Effort in sport. On Friday there will be competitions all day where our core values will be applied as well as the fundamentals campers learned throughout the week. Handouts will also be given out to campers each day that correspond with our emphasized core value of the day. We encourage all guardians to go over these handouts with their campers.
Not all of the values we teach apply only to sport. Other values and social skills are taught throughout the week. Campers are taught to respect one another, how to politely ask a Coach (or instructor) how to be excused, to clean up after themselves, learn to say please and thank you and more!
