We, the Fil-Am Association of St. Catherine of Alexandria Church, Morgan Hill, California, are a vibrant, welcoming Catholic community that promotes social and devotional services in the Filipino traditions, and seeks perfection in the compassion of God’s love by sharing our gifts of time, talent and treasure to our church.
Our Goals and Visions
The Fil-Am Association of St. Catherine was organized not only for the Filipino-American catholic community but also for the larger community of Morgan Hill and the Diocese of San Jose. One of our goals is to promote social events and devotional services in the Filipino traditions such as Simbang Umaga, Santo Nino, Flores de Mayo, Our Lady of Antipolo and San Lorenzo Ruiz, our first Filipino saint.
We support the Marian movement by leading and praying the rosary every first Saturday of the month, and by bringing the Mother of God, our Blessed Mother Mary in the homes of parishioners and the faithful upon request.
